Requirements: • Fluent spoken and written language skills. • Technical education. • Knowledge of MS Windows and Linux operating systems. • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and promptness. • Ability to communicate effectively with developers and interest in software development. • Experience with logs. • Experience with product integration/payment systems/telephony. • Basic coding skills. • At least one year of experience in a similar position. It would be a plus if: • Experience working in an IT company. • Experience working with databases and SQL. • Experience in manual testing. • Experience with Jira Service Desk. Main responsibilities: • Handling basic and complex customer queries (chats, Service Desk). • Providing technical support in working with company products. • Integration of software, setup, and consulting on software operation. • Primary error testing. • Collaborating with development team. • Performing tasks in accordance with established procedures, rules, and instructions.
